Head Injury
A closed head injury is a specific type of a head injury in which the skull is not penetrated. Closed head injuries can be the result of any type of blow to the head. Many closed head injuries are caused by trauma to the brain which in turn causes the brain to move around inside the skull without any visible external injuries. This type of brain injury is extremely dangerous, since symptoms may only appear as headaches, and therefore it can be hard to immediately diagnose but may lead to serious complications such as brain swelling or internal bleeding.
If you or someone you know has suffered due to a closed head injury, you may be entitled to monetary compensation. Please fill out the form below for a free evaluation of your claim by an experienced attorney. There is no cost or obligation for this service.
